Fitness assessment/s, goal identification, programming, exercise monitoring, and basic nutrition advice.
Training together in a group of 2-3 individuals.
Requires the client to have a trainer.
Regularly scheduled classes during the week to keep you consistent! (max. 4 to 6 participants)
We will develop physical strength and literacy through the use of compound movements (squats, presses, deadlifts). This is intended for individuals with interest in increasing the amount of weight they can lift. Please contact: accel.fit.inc@gmail.com if you want to join!
This class focuses on developing key components of health such as: building muscle, increasing strength, and cardiovascular health!
